We are facing a lot of obesity problem all over the world as people eat a lot of junk foods without realizing that they will cause serious problems like diabetes and heart disease. Many research organizations and individual researchers have been trying to find out ways and means to find out the best way to lose belly fat. Lot of solutions has also been provided by them all over the world to reduce belly fat. People have different body constitution and should first try to find out the suitable solution before applying them.


The best way to lose belly fat is to control the number of calories of our intake and do a lot of  exercise belly fat . It has been proved that if we eat less calories than we burn off over a course of the day, we will lose weight. We have to find ways and means to eat less than our current intake without the feeling of starving ourselves and to find suitable exercise. We must consume healthy foods like, fruits, vegetables, meats and minimally processed foods which contain vitamins and nutrients so that we maintain a healthy body without losing weight. Junk foods, such as, chips, soda, crackers and white bread should be avoided.


We should commit ourselves to eat consciously so that we lead an easy way to lose belly fat. Sugar foods, oily foods and fast foods are considered junk foods and should be avoided as they promote increase in fat cells. A 30 to 40 minutes of continuous exercise coupled with walking will improve our health and help lose belly fat. Constantly watching TV and sitting before the computer for a long time should also be avoided as they make our belly bloat as during that time we only sit without any movement.

To conclude, we should eat only healthy food to maintain proper health and do regular exercise. This will enable us to maintain our body and energy intact.
